International Shipping Policy

As our company has grown our company, we have seen in increase in our international orders.  International shipping is complicated and expensive process.  We started working with Asendia USA to provide faster and cheaper international shipping options to our customers.  Below is the process all international orders go through for shipping.  If you have any questions about this process please let us know.

Once your order is placed, we ship your order to the Asendia facility at the following address:

You will see this address with the tracking number that we send you.  

Once your order arrives at this address, Ascendia ships it to your address.  

To track the progress of your package, click on this link: http://tracking.asendiausa.com/t.aspx?p=  and enter the WIAGXXXXX number that came in your confirmation email.  If you cannot find the WIAGXXXXX number let us know and we will email it to you.
